Very central location adjacent to gorgeous beaches and the Marianna Quiet Rooms and Levanto and La Spezia, it was in a beautiful area. The restaurant was located within 500 feet. The room we had included central heating, flat-screen TV and a mini fridge bar.

He went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The room was spacious, clean, and modernized, with a comfortable bed and a good shower. Giorgio provided us with a map and recommendations for exploring the area. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and a short walk to the new town. Giorgio even arranged for us to have breakfast at a nearby café. our experience at Marianna Quiet Rooms was excellent and we highly recommend staying here.

I had such a wonderful stay at this charming property in a charming location. The attention to detail by Giorgio, the warm and accommodating host, was truly impressive. The rooms were nicely decorated and very clean. I especially loved the balcony where we had breakfast, even though it was small, Giorgio made it work. The breakfast itself was fantastic, with a variety of fresh pastries, cereal, fruit, juice, coffee. Giorgio even gave us extra focaccia and juice boxes for our hike. The renovated medieval building added to the overall pleasant ambiance of the place. Truly an authentic Italian experience!
